Each year we work to support the community by hosting our annual School Supply Giveaway, Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway and Christmas Angel Tree.  If you know an individual with a disability and/or a family in need, please nominate them using the form below.  

• School Supply Giveaway nominations accepted June 20th thru July 20th.

• Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway nominates accepted November 1st thru 16th.

• Christmas Angel Tree nominations accepted November 10th thru December 2nd.
